An Historic Event as the City has never had a Pageant, much less a Founders Day. This is the only event that is for Old River-Winfree Residents and their families only. If you live in Old River-Winfree, your immediate family may participate, such as your niece or granddaughter .
Little Miss Old-River-Winfree will be headed up by Ms. Kendall Thompson of Pageant Consulting and Hair/Makeup Services by Miss Kendall. Thanks so much Kendall! This means this event will be done the RIGHT way. Those of you that have expressed an interest in helping with this event, please e-mail her at kendallspageantstuff@gmail.com.
No Child will be
left out! Sponsors are provided for girls that want to
participate, but don't have dresses or entry fees. Just contact
281-576-5356 and talk to Colleen. All little girls, 6
years of age and under will be able to participate if they
desire to.
