Old River-Winfree Founders Day Vendors |
|
|
July 24 - 26, 2009. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Three days for our vendors to sell their items. Set up on Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Saturday 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday Church Service Sunday Morning Vendors are registering and becoming a part of history in the Old River-Winfree Founders Day's first year. We have promised the Vendors that they will be a One-of-a-Kind vendor of their unique talents. We are allowing approximately 25 unique, individual vendors and are seeing a great response! There will not be another vendor selling what your sell. This is important as I have been a vendor myself many times and hate to hear about someone selling vintage linens cheaper than me. You are unique to us and we want it to stay that way. Our Founders Day will occur on Saturday, October 18th, so be sure to bring Thanksgiving, Fall, and Christmas Themed items. Your customers will be buying gifts, so if you can, make sure your item has a box you can give to the customer. As shoppers ourselves, we know how hard it is to find a box for our gifts. If you can, and only if you can, decorate your tables with inexpensive garland from Wal-Mart or Hobby Lobby. Especially the booths targeting the Ladies. If you would like to dress in themed finery, go right ahead. It will make you so unique and catch the eyes of the customers. This Founders Day is celebrating the history of Old River-Winfree and the River we are named for, so consider colonial dress, or whatever you can find in the closet that might APPEAR to be a theme. Remember, Old River-Winfree Founders Day has chosen you to be a part of our history and we will work with you as a team to make your day a profitable day.
